Ok, we are play the game ... Woman (W) and Man (M) ... Low skill is n what is simple complete data about negative effect of skill. We can do proportion:
- (W - n) is condition of the woman skill;
- (M + n) is condition of the man skill;
- (W - n) / (M + n) is action of man who control woman;
- (M + n) / (W - n) is action of woman who control man;
Do proportion and get two possible results:
- (W - n) / (M + n) = (M + n) / (W - n)
- (M + n)2 = (W - n)2
- M2 + 2Mn + n2 = W2 - 2Wn + n2

- M2 -W2 = - 2Wn - 2Mn;
- W2 - M2 = 2Wn + 2Mn;
also,
- M2 -W2 = - 2n(W + M);
- W2 - M2 = 2n(W + M);
Minus here is request from the right to the left. Woman is requesting here:
- 22 - 12 = -2n(22 - 12);
- 4 - 1 = -2n(4- 1);
- 3 = -6n;
- n = - 1/3;
Man is requesting here:
- 22 - 12 = 2n(22 - 12);
- 4 - 1 = 2n(4- 1);
- 3 = 6n;
- n = 1/3;
If I'll increase different between base skill it's so real increase or decrease negative skill effect, but if Woman do request here - negative effect will have negative state. Also if the Man do request - negative effect will have positive state.
Woman do requests
- (W + 1/3) / (M - 1/3) = (M - 1/3) / (W + 1/3);
- W2 + 2/3 * W = M2 - 2/3 * M;
Man do requests
- (W - 1/3) / (M + 1/3) = (M + 1/3) / (W - 1/3);
- W2 - 2/3 * W = M2 + 2/3 * M;
Skilled player collect some knowledge ... but player with low skill is lose equal skill ... Regular games between low skilled player and good skilled player - it's way to lose all skill for the First;
